Booking your blood test Homerton Healthcare uses an online booking system called Swiftqueue. If you have been asked to have a blood test by your GP or by a Homerton clinician, please book an appointment at www.swiftqueue.co.uk/homerton.php Appointments are available at Lower Clapton Health Centre, 36 Lower Clapton Road, London E5 0PQ. If you would rather book by speaking to someone, telephone 07342 068 763, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Please bring your blood form and some identification with you.
